Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions: Refunds: All trips are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. MylesAwayGirl Travel has contractual obligations with hotels and vendors, that will not allow for refunds. This policy allows for competitive pricing and monthly payments.  Payments: Payments can be made online with credit cards. Other payment options are available if needed. Please contact the trip host, with any questions or concerns.  Rooms/Accommodations: All rooms are priced for double occupancy. Please let us know if there is someone you want to room with. If you are a solo traveler, you will be matched with another same sex solo traveler. If you would like a room upgrade, please contact the trip host.  Passports & Visas: All passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate documentation prior to travel. All passports should be valid for at least six months after the date of travel. All travelers should check with the consulate or visa agency to verify if a visa is required.  Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is highly recommended for all guest. Travel insurance provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Baggage loss/damage, Medical Coverage and more.. Meals: All meals included in itinerary are based on the hotels or vendors buffet or pre-set menu. Beverages are typically not included. Every effort will be made to honor special dietary request. However, MylesAwayGirl Travel cannot make any guarantees. Sightseeing & Tours: All times and activities are approximate and meant only as a guideline. Some itinerary days may have an early morning start, in order to finish prior to crowds and heat. You are responsible for being on time to the tour bus. Being late, will be considered a "no-show" and the group will leave without you. You will then be responsible to provide your own transportation to the activity. Please be considerate of the group.  Group Itinerary: In order to ensure all guests have a pleasant experience, MylesAwayGirl Travel reserves the right to accept, reject or expel an individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group. If you are expelled from the remainder of the group trip, all expenses, fees and cost for alternate travel plans and return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services will be non-refundable. Please be mindful of your behavior and attire in areas where modesty is recommended. Please follow all laws of the region. We are guest in another country. Please act accordingly.
